This building is one of the gems in our portfolio. With premium fixtures, marble hallways and the classic feel of this iconic building it truly is Detroit's premier apartment building. In fact, it's much more than an apartment building. Aloft operates a boutique hotel on the first nine floors. This connection with the hotel give the private apartments an alive and luxury feel complete with the WXYZ Bar, a restaurant (not yet open), full marble and classic lobby with glass ceiling, and other hotel style amenities, including valet parking. We have purchased, for our guests, the hospitality package which includes unlimited coffee at the Grab-n-Go, 24 hour access to fitness center, lobby wifi and computers, etc.
